The 8th TB MAC meeting, which was also the first annual TB/WHO Task Force meeting, was held in Glion, Switzerland from the 18th to the 22nd of September 2017.
The meeting was split into four parts :
- Monday and Tuesday: Country-level modelling guidance and catalogue
- Wednesday morning: Epidemiological data collection/collation for model parameterisation
- Wednesday afternoon: Cost data needs of epidemiological models
- Thursday and Friday: Modelling TB case detection – challenges and ways forward
